Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and [Company name] ([Registered address]) about your use of Wandly: AI Photo Editor and this website. By using the app you accept them.

Who can use Wandly

You must be at least 13 years old. Some tools are restricted to users over 18 and ask you to confirm your age before running. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.

Your photos stay yours

You keep every right you had in the photos you bring to Wandly. You grant us only the licence we need to run the edit you asked for: to store, transmit and process that file, and to pass it to the model provider running the job. That licence ends when the job does.

What you may upload

You confirm that, for every photo you edit, you have the right to use it. You may not use Wandly to:

  • edit a picture of someone who has not agreed to it, in a way that would mislead or harm them;
  • create sexual content, or any content involving a minor in a sexual context;
  • impersonate a real person, or make it look as though someone said or did something they did not;
  • produce content that is hateful, harassing, or encourages violence or self-harm;
  • infringe someone else's copyright or trade mark - including logos and characters you do not own;
  • get around the safety checks, scrape the service, or resell access to it.

We can refuse a job, remove content, or close an account that breaks these rules. Serious or repeated breaches may be reported to the authorities.

Results you create

You own the pictures and videos you make with Wandly, including the AI ones, and you may use them commercially - as long as the photo you started from was yours to use and the result does not break the rules above. AI results are produced by a model from your input and are not unique to you: someone else giving the same instruction may get something similar.

Every AI result is marked in the app and carries metadata identifying it as AI generated. Do not remove that mark to pass a generated picture off as a photograph.

Credits, subscriptions and refunds

Tools that run on your phone are free. AI tools cost credits; the price is shown before the job starts. If a job fails, or is refused by a safety check, the credit is returned to your balance automatically.

Credits can be bought outright or included in a subscription. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically until you cancel, which you do in your Apple account settings - not in the app. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current period. Because purchases are made through the App Store, refunds are handled by Apple under their terms. We will help where we can, but we cannot issue an App Store refund ourselves.

Availability

We try to keep Wandly running, but we do not promise it will always be available or that any particular tool will stay in the app. Models are provided by third parties and can change or be withdrawn. We may add, change or remove features.

What we do not promise

Wandly is provided as it is. AI edits are approximations and can get things wrong; check a result before you rely on it or publish it. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited. Where liability can be limited, ours is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. [Confirm with counsel for your jurisdiction.]

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Wandly at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. The sections that should survive the end of this agreement - ownership, disclaimers, liability and governing law - do so.

Governing law
